What are my payment options?

What is PayPal? Can I trust it with my information?

How can we make sure that our booking is confirmed?


You will receive a confirmation message from Ninja Made PH via email.




Can my reservation/booking be canceled or rescheduled?


You may do so 3 days prior to your schedule. To cancel or reschedule, you may either: 1. call or text our customer service hotline +63 9171665444 2. email inquiry@ninjamade.ph, or 3. edit your booking via the Ninja Made PH website. Otherwise, your downpayment will serve as the cancellation fee and it will be forfeited.




What areas do you cover?


At the moment, we provide our services and solutions within Metro Manila and nearby areas such as Bulacan, Pampangga, Subic, Rizal, Antipolo, Laguna, Batangas, and Cavite.





About the Ninjas

Can we book the same Ninja on the next cleaning session?


Yes, you may request your preferred Ninja by putting his/her name in the option provided in the booking page. You can also message us at our customer service hotline at +63 917 1665444 or via email at inquiry@ninjamade.ph.




Do you send male or female cleaners (Ninjas)?


Ninja Made PH does not believe in stereotypes. We provide equal opportunities to hardworking individuals, regardless of their gender orientation, in order to empower them.




How many Ninjas do you send in each cleaning session?


Please be guided of the following: Below 80 sqm - 3 Ninjas Subscription Cleaning – 3 Ninjas General Cleaning – 2 Ninjas Above 80 sqm – depending on how big the area is.




How can we make sure the Ninjas are safe and trustworthy?


All our Ninjas are required to undergo a thorough medical examination to make sure that they are fit to work. They also undergo extensive screening and character checks, including but not limited to the submission of legal clearances and government-issued IDs prior to hiring, to give our clients the security and peace of mind.





Cleaning Process

How can we make sure of the cleaning quality?


We pride ourselves on our clean track record. Our ninjas went through rigorous training to make sure they are equipped in providing the highest quality of service to our clients. To ensure quality, measures such as checklists are put in place which you can review and sign before our ninjas leave. Should you be unhappy with the service, kindly point it out with our team leader, and they will gladly reclean the particular area before leaving.




What is your policy about the cleaning materials and solutions that you use?


Ninja Made PH is equipped with our own cleaning materials and solutions, which is made from natural, non-toxic materials that are safe for babies and pets. Ninja Made believes that every individual has a social responsibility to preserve our planet, which is why we use eco-friendly products to help contribute in protecting our environment.




What time do the Ninjas come?


Our Ninjas start at 9:30 in the morning.





Billing & Pricing

Paying for your Ninja Made PH service is easy peasy!

Payments Accepted

We accept cash payments, bank deposits, or payments using your credit card through PayPal. For this, you will have to create a separate Paypal Account.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a reservation or booking free of charge up to 3 days before your chosen schedule. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.
